The atmosphere created was quiet. The location was comfortable and excellent, a 10-15 minute walking distance from Story Weaver. It was located in a comfortable area so close to De Bergkant for the Swartberg Gran Fondo race, De Bergkant Lodge and a lovely local restaurant, a lovely place for me.

The staff were attentive and friendly, always available to assist with any requests or provide recommendations. I particularly enjoyed the spa and wellness center, where I indulged in a relaxing massage and enjoyed the saltwater pool. Spent Christmas at this charming hotel and had a wonderful experience. It is situated in a perfect location, just a short stroll away from amazing cafes and local markets. The rooms were beautifully furnished with all the amenities required for a comfortable stay. The breakfast spread was something else, fresh fruits and pastries to die for. The best part? The kind and friendly staff who went above and beyond to make our stay memorable.
There really wasn't much to dislike about this hotel. The only slight downside was the limited parking space which can get quite crowded at peak hours.

Our family of four had a delightful stay in the Karoo, with lovely cooling gardens and spacious rooms filled with thoughtful amenities including a Nespresso machine. the breakfast was exquisite and locally sourced ingredients were used which enhanced our dining experience. We also enjoyed our dinner in the restaurant we chose for tastiness of the food compared to the price charged.

Great place for a business trip, lots of facilities on offer such as a swimming pool and sauna. Rooms were spacious and comfortable with everything I needed provided, including ice and water on tap, and free Wi-Fi. the location was also ideal, with plenty of dining options nearby.
I also had issues with the air conditioning in my room, which did not work properly and made it difficult to sleep comfortably.

We stayed in a charming lodge situated in the desert, surrounded by beautiful gardens. The room was spotlessly clean and had complimentary tea, coffee, and bottled water. The friendly staff provided excellent service and the breakfast by the pool was a great start to the day. The owners were extremely helpful and gave us great recommendations for local sights.
The pool area could have been larger for more guests to enjoy.
